Due to the nature of our products, candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, if your candle(s) arrive damaged during transit, contact us by sending an email to aspensoycandle22@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order with a picture of the damages. We understand that accidents can happen during transit, and we want to make it right for you.
